Geoff

My name is Geoff, and I live in South Africa. I have been involved in martial arts since 1993 and expanded into the fitness industry in 2017. My journey began at Planet Fitness, followed by Body Action Gym, and finally Virgin Active. Working at these different facilities has allowed me to interact with a diverse range of clients, each with unique goals and needs. Your health and fitness are my priority. I firmly believe that when it comes to my training methods, your well-being comes first.
