About Michelle
I am Michelle. I live in Cape Town, South Africa, where I enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and spend a lot of time on the beach and in the mountains hiking. I stay fit by commuting on my bicycle as a complement to my resistance training routine. I’m a certified fitness expert, qualified in Exercise Science and Pilates Mat Work. I have 13 years of experience with client instruction and training. My focus lies in precision in movement and form. I have worked with males and females alike. The older demographic appeals to me; however, I enjoy working with anyone that needs my professional assistance. I provide movement coaching that includes resistance training, aerobic exercises, and Pilates to enhance your overall functional performance. My approach focuses on mindful movement to address and prevent postural and alignment issues, strengthen major muscle groups and stabilisers, improve aerobic conditioning, and increase joint mobility, flexibility, and overall range of motion.
